Nieuw Zuid Blok 21 & 24 tower, Antwerp, Belgium (3D animation)

Construction of an 80 m high residential tower on the Nieuw Zuid site in Antwerp. The tower has 24 floors and is flanked by 6-storey buildings. The residential tower is a hybrid apartment building with a core of steel and concrete surrounded by a wooden frame. This residential tower is the first wooden skyscraper in Belgium.
