Located 90 kilometres north of Toronto, the Proposed Innisfil Mobility Hub will be the heart of a future-forward, sustainable, inter-connected, transit city. The design of the mobility hub responds directly to its function as a catalyst for growth. The building itself creates an east-west bridge across the existing tracks and connects the main access points around the stations. These areas of commuter activity are protected by an undulating canopy designed to emphasize the perimeter of the site while also being an attractive 'fifth elevation' for the future buildings that will look down on the station.
