From active and welcoming edge onto Presnenskiy Val, through the huts and coworking spaces tucked into the banks of the valley, a variety of flexible use pavilions for all seasons and bank of the Valley which conceals parking and protects the landscape from the train noise — we have created an immersive natural environment, we have created a PLACE. This place offers so much character and our proposal builds on its genius loci and the rich atmosphere of the past. By placing the beautiful existing buildings in the arrival locations, we celebrate the heritage as well as free up the space for landscape in the heart of the site.
