The UAE has an exemplary and consistent record in supporting and fi nancing development and humanitarian Projects throughout the region.
This current initiative is to construct a state-of-the-art Specialized healthcare facility, funded by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayad Al Nahyan the President of UAE through the Abu Dhabi Municipality.
The Project focuses on delivering a 260 bed generalist hospital on the first phase, as well as the landscaping and infrastructure/civil works to facilitate its operations. An area of the site has also been planned as a commercial development to include a 180 bed hotel and a shopping centre.
The design is inspired by traditional architecture of the UAE, and very much emphasis has been made into designing a sustainable building suited to the local climatic conditions. Expected duration time for construction project is 24 months.
