The site for the Nautical Sports Services Building of Portonovo is located at the end of the marina breakwater in Sanxenxo, Pontevedra. The project builds on an existing building, with the need to extend the useful space and improve access from the promenade and the platform that surrounds it. Another premise of this project is to design a building that will become a landmark of the promenade of Portonovo, creating a singular and unique reference. The need for expanding and improving facilities of the Nautical Sports Services of the port will require the demolition of part of the existing building and relocation of the different uses inside, creating an extension of the building.
