This integral development will successfully become an oasis amidst the city's chaos, thanks to the exemplary design of Artigas Arquitectos on the master plan,
clubhouse and urbanization. 83% of the total surface is comprised of common areas and entertainment, of which 62,000 m2 are gardens for taking refuge and appreciating from each window, turning the landscape into one of the development's highest values.
The towers resulted from the joint venture of two artists: Francisco Artigas and Javier Sordo Madaleno. It is distributed among housing spaces ranging from 234 to 600 m2.
Fountains, landscapes, waterfalls, trails, cobblestone streets and gardens will achieve a unique ambiance that envelops the whole development.
