Samoo Architects & Engineers recently won a design competition for the Yesan Government Complex in South Korea. Planned as a 8-storey complex with an office tower, county council, and support facilities for local citizens, the complex aims to become a new landmark that emphasises Yesan’s ambition to become one of the leading counties by the year 2020.
