Altoon Partners, working with Corio, one of Europe’s leading retail developers has begun the retail phase of construction for Hoog Catharijne, the Netherlands most visited retail and entertainment centre. The large-scale redevelopment began in Utrecht more than 10 years ago. The architects are responsible for the master planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, design review of documentation, and construction administration.
