Chapman Taylor's future project brings the theme of 'artful living' to the city of Istanbul. Set on the northern edge of the European side of the city, it is one of the most important developments in Istanbul in recent years. The 150 m high mixed-use development will bring a high quality living and working environment to the area. The total construction area will cover 250,000 sq m and have twin 42-storey towers. The towers will hold 442 residential apartments, 16 penthouse apartments, a 300-bed five-star hotel, 57,000 sq m of A++ office space, and 32,000 sq m of shopping, dining and entertainment areas.
