Dennis Lau and Ng Chun Man Architecture & Engineers (HK) Limited (DLN) have revealed their designs for Guangxi in China's latest skyscraper, Nanning Logan Century. It is set to become an iconic landmark at the centre of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Business District in Nanning, China. The 383-metre-high (1,257 ft) skyscraper will have 396,490 sq. m. of floor area, incorporating Grade-A office space, a luxurious international five-star hotel and a premium shopping mall.
