ODA New York’s project at 510 Driggs Avenue is a multi-family residential project in Brooklyn, New York, USA where the firm set themselves a specific goal. They wanted every apartment in the building to have a large functional outdoor space and two exposures to maximize light and air. Considering the fact that there are 100 apartments in a six-story building, this was quite ambitious.
