Center Parcs has submitted a planning application for a €233m holiday village in Ireland. Designed to be concealed within a 395 acre site at Newcastle Woods near Ballymahon, this is the first planning application that Center Parcs UK has made abroad. The village consists of 470 lodges, 30 apartments and 21,200 sq m of centre buildings including the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, sports facilities, the Aqua Sana spa, shops, restaurants and bars.
