Northshore is Brisbane's largest urban renewal precinct. Much of the 304 hectare site will be transformed to deliver a vibrant, mixed-use community that pays homage to the site's historic past as Brisbane working wharves.

At its heart, Northshore will include 2.5 kilometres of dedicated riverfront, comprising a mix of parkland and community space which will complement the combination of residential, retail and commercial opportunities on site.
