Aedas won a competition to design Zhuhai Hengqin International Hi-tech Innovation Park, which is located at Hengqin, one of the newly announced Free Trade Zones in China. The project aims to become a nurturing ground for the hi-tech industry and will consist of office spaces for business incubators, enterprise accelerators, research and development as well as headquarters, supported by a one-stop service centre, public technology platforms, conference and training centres, technology exhibition and experience centres. Retail and serviced apartments will also be incorporated into the development to facilitate a work-live community.
