The design of Ltd. Edition/No. 2505 responds to its proximity to Reverchon Park, a beloved oasis in the upscale, urban, and walkable Turtle Creek neighbourhood of Dallas. The 22 storey building derives its form and orientation from the concept of tropism—the turning movement of a biological organism in response to a stimulus, in this case, sunlight. Opening in a crescent shape to the southwest, each of its 69 units features a large, wrap-around terrace.
