The project is part of the new Central Recreation Centre in Huizhou, located at the heart of the development and surrounded by the river connecting to Jinshan Lake. The landmark tower will act as a gateway to the city. The project will pioneer a water-themed recreational development. It is made up of hotel, residential, office and retail uses and aims to become the city's hospitality and leisure hub.
