Germany's tallest residential tower by Magnus Kaminiarz & Cie
Frankfurt am Main based architecture office Magnus Kaminiarz & Cie. has won the competition for Berliner gsp Städtebau to plan the "Grand Tower", Germany's tallest residential tower in a central location in Frankfurt. With a height of 172 metres and an area comprising 44.000 square metres, Magnus Kaminiarz redefines urban residential construction in Germany and replaces the Colonia-Haus in Cologne from 1973 as Germany's tallest residential building.
