The masterplan foresees a total surface of 70,000 sq m of which 6,300 sq m hotels, 5,400 sq m conference halls, 26,000 sq m offices and start-ups, 9,600 sq m laboratories, 7,100 sq m research facilities and 7,800 sq m parking. The plan offers through its 1,35m grid enough flexibility to change the programme along its realisation and allows enterprises of all sizes to occupy the various buildings.
