Plans have been submitted for The Towers by Foster + Partners in Brickell, a luxury condo development comprised of 660 units proposed at a 2.5-acre site at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, which is the last waterfront development site in Brickell. One of the towers would rise 1,049 feet (already FAA approved), putting it in the running for Miami’s tallest building along with four other projects that have received the maximum FAA approval.
