To create this promotional video and images we created several CGI house types and environment to accurately show potential buyer the development. We worked closely with the architect, builders and other professionals to ensure the 3D and CGI looked as it would in real life. The houses have a very distinct style to them, with influences from mid-century modern architecture. The location, in contrast to the modern architecture, is overflowing with nature and green spaces. Blending nature with modern elements was key to creating successful images.
