Park City Hanoi with an area of more than 77 hectares, is located at a convenient area at the intersection of extended Le Van Luong Street and Le Trong Tan Street, in Ha Dong District, a south-west gateway of Ha Noi. The project is set to emulate the success of Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which won FIABCI's Malaysia Property Award in 2010.

After completion, the township consists of 7,000 residential units, a 3 hectare busy commercial centre, a 11 hectare spreading central park, one public school and one international school on an area of 5.7 hectare.
