The first Bulgarian Skyscraper is an office tower with a total height of 202m, including: 49 levels above ground and 3 underground floors. Sky Fort will provide comfortable office space with incredible views towards Sofia, Vitosha mountain and the Sofia valley. The construction of the building has begun in autumn of 2016 and it is expected to be completed in 2020.
