The Address Hotel & Residences is a mixed-use twin 74-storey tower development that will accommodate a 182 key five-star hotel, 479 residential apartments as well as 496 serviced- branded apartments. The project is a multi-storey, mixed-use development which will have an effective built up area of approximately 242,000 m2.
