This project is a landmark, mixed-use development comprised of retail, office, hotel and living accommodation. It will form a new center or 'heart' of the downtown in Zhuhai. The primary objectives of the brief to create four major retail malls, each to be expressed as clear, dynamic volumes. The creation of a Civic plaza to link the park with the site, and a landmark, mixed use super high-rise tower. This will have three main functions including office, serviced apartments and a five star hotel.
