SPEECH has designed a proposal for the World Trade Centre (WTC), in Moscow, Russia, one of the largest and oldest mixed-use business complexes built initially in 1980. The suggested project introduces two glass blocks to the city's skyline, featuring mixed-use functions such as offices, cafés, and shops. The first 57 meters, 12-story building overlooks Mantulinskaya Ulitsa, while the second, a 200 meters and 44-story high building, takes on a complex sculptural shape and faces Ulitsa 1905 Goda and the square with the Hermes fountain.
