Aedas entered an international design competition and was subsequently appointed as the Lead Design Architect to implement the Hangzhou Headquarters Office Park Development for Cainiao, the logistics service provider under Alibaba Group.
The Office Park consists of a number of office towers and retail facilities. Retail are built under the office towers which allows an easy navigation to different areas and provides a porous connectivity of spaces.
This Headquarters Office Park Development is set to be completed in 2024.
