During the past 6 years, my work experience has been concentrated on projects in Chicago’s Northwest suburbs: custom residential houses with European-style influences. As a designer, my career achievements have included architectural and structural construction documents for more than fifty private residential houses. In addition to this experience gained in the U.S., I also have more than 10-years of experience in architecture in the Former Soviet Union that includes investigation of ancient residential housing resources in the Central Asian cities.

Provided computer drafting and design duties to:
-Architectural companies: Carlson Architecture Ltd., McAlpine Architects Inc.
-Builders: Eurotech International Inc., Mastro Design/ Builders Inc.
∙ Performed architectural and structural designs of private residential houses based upon existing conditions and written requests of the client.
∙ Created architectural and structural construction documents including: floor plans, foundation plans, exterior elevations with construction and design specifications, exterior and interior wall sections, building sections, electrical layouts, plumbing riser diagrams, light and vent schedules, site plans and any other drawings deemed necessary to satisfy local building codes in order to obtain the necessary building permits.
