LetsRun Park by Grimshaw, Yeongcheon, South Korea
A team consisting of NOW Architects in association with Grimshaw has been selected to design LetsRun Park in Yeongcheon, South Korea. The project was secured through an international design competition hosted by the Korea Racing Authority and organised by the International Union of Architects, receiving entries from 23 leading global practices. The winning design and master plan details a 148 hectare park that combines a comprehensive new racecourse with a family park featuring a wide range of equine-themed sports, activities and outdoor attractions. >>>

Neighbourhood of creativity and knowledge, Toulon, France
French Architects Corinne Vezzoni have won a competition to design a whole district in Toulon in the South of France. Located in the very centre of the city of Toulon, the district transformation of the former hospital into a ‘neighbourhood of creativity and knowledge’ aims to carry the development of the city through a program of 15,500 sq m on three hectares dedicated to creativity and knowledge. Five new locations for higher education and administration will be erected in the middle of a wide garden - called Alexandre 1er - which will be improved, opened up to the surrounding environment... >>>
