Shenton Architects is a design focused New York based architectural practice. Our current workload includes high-end private residential and commercial projects, in New York City and elsewhere in the United States.

We are currently seeking a motivated full-time junior architect, to assist with design and construction documents, for a minimum of six months starting immediately. The position will involve work on various phases of project development and may also include specific marketing initiatives. Willingness to participate in a wide range of tasks is critical to success.

Qualifications, Skills & Responsibilities

Candidate should possess the following:

- Bachelors or Masters of Architecture.
- 2+ years relevant professional experience.
- Strong design, detailing and graphic skills.
- Working knowledge of building codes.
- High quality 3D presentation skills (including model making).
- Functional knowledge of: MicroStation or AutoCad, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Focused, well organized, detail–oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Authorization to work in the US.

Joe Serrins Studio is looking for a full-time decorator / interior designer to work on high-end, contemporary residential projects in New York and Miami. Tasks include selection and procurement of furniture, fabrics, lighting, and rugs; sourcing of vendors and trades; production of client presentation materials (boards, renderings, plans, etc.); organizing schedules, overseeing production, and tracking orders, etc.

Applicant's qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of decorating experience.
- Strong knowledge of furniture and fabric markets.
- Strong photoshop skills.
- Ability to communicate in drawings and models.
- Well organized and professional.
- Inventive and resourceful.
- Legally able to work in the US.
