As the most significant development in Sydney's central business district in more than a decade, Central Place Sydney will be the centerpiece of Tech Central. The design for Central Place Sydney features two commercial towers, with 37 and 39 stories. Between the towers, a striking low-rise building will anchor the project and enliven the precinct at the street level. The Pulse Memorial is a contemplative, sensitively designed masterplan dedicated to the victims of the Orlando mass shooting of 2016. Through the visualizations we created for Coldefy & Associés with RDAI, HHCP Architects, we emphasized the thoughtful and delicate design decisions behind the plan.
