ZH Architects is an award winning architecture firm looking for a motivated Project Architect with a minimum of 2-4 years of NYC experience. We seek someone who is interested in working in a collaborative environment and is confident working directly with clients and consultants, working on the development of a drawing set from SD-CD and Construction Administration.

Our current body of work includes two new ground up Passive House condo/rental buildings in Manhattan, interior residential renovations and restoration of historic townhouses. This varied portfolio is united by a desire to produce thoughtful modern work with a focus on sustainable energy practices.

- Passive House knowledge a plus.
- Knowledge of exterior detailing and site supervision a plus.

Project architect with at least 3 years post part 3 experience.
