Cass Associates has a vacancy for an architect with up to 5 years’ experience to join our busy multi-disciplinary studio. Based in Liverpool, we work across the north-west and beyond on a wide variety of schemes, from large-scale masterplanning to private residential and heritage projects.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be Riba registered.
- Be self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work on several projects at once.
- Have excellent design and technical skills and good written and verbal communication.
- Have excellent graphic ability and be fully proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop, with Revit a distinct advantage.

Glavovic Studio is seeking a licensed Architect with 10-15 years’ experience working on mid to large scale significant Architectural Projects.

The Project Architect will provide a key Position in the Firm, be involved in Leadership decisions and client interaction on complex projects of varying sizes. Project range includes Feasibility Studies, Planning, Urban Design and all phases of Architecture. Glavovic Studio seeks to provide a creative studio that expands and explores ideas and projects that contribute towards an ethos and spirit of an engaged and critical culture and urban context.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional Design Skills, required.
- Sustainable Design priority with demonstrable track record of integration of sustainable design in architectural work, required.
- Detail oriented with high level of experience in detailing projects in subtropical climate.
- Professional degree with 10 – 15 years of experience in the professional practice of practice of architecture, required.
- Min 5+ years of experience with REVIT preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required.
- Superior Leadership and Vision, required.
- Proven track record - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, required.
- Exceptional Architectural Design Skills and Experience in large scale projects in Residential and Mixed Use Projects and / or Commercial and Retails Projects, required.
- Preferred interest in Public Projects and Urban Design, not required.
- Adobe Suites, Autodesk, required.
