Developing construction drawings and finding technical solutions in all phases of the design process. In office work only. No outsourcing or telecommuting.

Strong verbal and written skills.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Architecture 2015.

5-10 years’ experience in the production of contract document drawings.

Basic understanding of Florida Building Codes and construction types.

"In-progress" licensure candidates desirable, but not necessary.
