STG Design | Austin is interviewing licensed architects with 8+ years of experience to join our Architecture Studio. This candidate will be part of a close-knit collaborative group working on a variety of project types. The candidate will demonstrate a propensity for creativity, has strong production skills, and has management potential.

Responsibilities:

- Manage clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Lead team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Approve construction materials.
- Develop conceptual plans/models.
- Produce contract documents using Revit 2015 or newer.
- Create specifications using Microsoft Word or eSpecs.
- Generate compelling visual and descriptive materials for client presentations.
- Oversee construction administration.
- Leed accreditation is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of one or more of the following: corporate/commercial office, urban multi-family, student housing, hospitality, and institutional work.
