Taylor Kay Architecture Ltd is a young, sustainable design led practice, based in Forest Hill, South-East London that specialise in Low Energy Design and Passivhaus. Due to an increased workload we are seeking a recently qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our small, friendly and growing team.

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to work in our office on a range of interesting residential projects at various stages. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years UK experience along with the following attributes:

- Exceptional design portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Proven UK residential experience, particularly one-off residential projects.
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction technology.
- Proven work experience across all RIBA work stages.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills essential.
- Knowledge of Passivhaus an advantage.
