Workshop / APD is a design firm specializing in both luxury home design and high-end commercial development. We actively leverage our experience to solve design challenges with innovative solutions that incorporate modern ideals / methods toward a signature aesthetic. We are currently seeking a full-time intermediate Architectural Designer with 3-6 years’ experience minimum.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Design of residential projects (with single family and multifamily experience).
- Involvement in all phases of the design/documentation.
- Computer modeling and rendering.
- Construction document preparation.

Applicants should have previous residential experience and demonstrate proficient knowledge of multi-family projects. Candidates should also demonstrate good digital modeling and rendering abilities and competent use of all architectural design programs.

Qualifications:

- Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) Minimum of 3 years high-end architectural design experience (should be able to showcase finished/built work).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2008 or higher).
- 3D Modeling and Renderings skills in: Studio Max, Maya or Rhino.
- Proficiency in all Adobe programs.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good communications skills.
- Well organized.
- Ability to produce their portfolio of work.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
