Junior Architect
28/01/2016di Domenico + Partners, a midsized NYC Architecture/Landscape Architecture Design firm seeks: Junior Architect: 3+ years of experience. The primary duties of the Junior Architect will be to provide project participation in all phases of design including Concept Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. The candidate will be expected to understand and develop aspects of working drawings and details. The following is required of the candidate:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (professional degree only).
- 3+ years of experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2014 or later and BIM (Revit) project experience.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Rendering Programs such as 3D Max and Rhino are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred project experience includes: K-12 schools, higher-ed and design of large scale public projects (transit stations and convention centers). Experience and interest in sustainable design / documentation and Leed strongly encouraged, with applicable certifications preferred.

We are a small practice in a village location seeking a Project Architect or Technician with UK experience in high quality residential renovation, refurbishment and new build of principally Hampshire and London period homes, requiring the following:
- Design creativity and technical understanding of high end residential.
- Clear and confident presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in running projects and managing small teams.
- Managing a portfolio of projects through all work stages.
- Traditional and contemporary detailing.
