We are currently seeking a Junior Architect with Construction Document experience; the ideal candidate should have:

- 2-3 years of architectural design and construction experience.
- B. Arch required, M. Arch preferred.
- Excellent design and communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience creating a CD set with a strong emphasis on detailing of both interior projects and exterior cladding construction techniques a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and V-ray for drafting, modeling and rendering. Experience in grasshopper is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.

This is a well-established, small practice by the river in Chelsea, specialising in residential projects for private clients. We are looking for an Architectural Assistant/Architect with excellent Microstation skills. A sound general education and interest in private housing are essential. A good eye, proficiency in joinery detailing and ability to communicate clearly and accurately are vital.
