Rafael Vinoly Architects is searching for a Senior Architect with significant experience in large-scale residential and hotel projects to lead the Construction Administration phase of a 400,000 gsf residential project. Applicants must demonstrate 10+ years of previous experience in residential and/or hotel design and construction. Candidate must have a strong knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD and Revit, as well as previous experience coordinating sub-consultants, preparing technical details and overseeing Construction Administration phase services.

Applications welcomed from talented and enthusiastic job running Architects with minimum 5 years post Part III experience in a UK practice to join our friendly rural office just outside Lancaster, working predominantly on high specification residential and leisure projects.

The successful candidates will be technically proficient and have a good understanding of technical drawings, construction detailing, specifying and the current building regulations.
