Project Architect
11/02/2016We currently have two Project Architect positions available. Each position has an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development while working on a variety of project types including: Health Care, Banking, Laboratory, Hospitality, Retail and Industrial.
- Entry Level (3-5 years of experience) and more experienced (5-8 years of experience) Project Architect positions available.
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program is required.
- At least three years of experience.
- Licensure preferred but not required.
- Manages multiple small/medium size projects.
- Coordinates all aspects of assigned projects.
- Estimates scope of work.
- Production capability in AutoCAD or Revit is required.
- Experience in Healthcare, Retail Banking or Hospitality is a plus.
Our office is conveniently located at 1 N. Charles Street between Mount Vernon and the Inner Harbor and is within walking distance of many cultural attractions in downtown Baltimore.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including parking.
We are looking for someone with production experience who wants to grow.

Graphic Designer
11/02/2016A well-established, reputable multinational company is seeking a well rounded Graphic Designer to support them on a on-going freelance project, with the potential for the role to expand to a permanent placement. The successful candidate will be involved in an exciting branding project within a recognized team, headed by some of the industry's most creative professionals.
Key requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
- Great portfolio with well-established brand design experience.
- Strong graphic sense and visualization ability.
- Sound experience in layout, across print and digital.
- Full proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially PhotoShop.
- Experience in Keynote and PowerPoint, and in presentation templates.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
