Architects required for small 10 person office near London Bridge Station to work on a number of projects.

The work involves integrating with a team and working alone on all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.

Microstation knowledge and a good understanding of construction details would be useful but not essential.

Two positions available for immediate start to work on mid to large size projects with construction costs ranging from $100 K to $350 M.

Architect:

Graduate Architect with a degree from an accredited college in USA. Must be proficient in using Revit 2014/16 and have good design sense. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Project Architect:

Graduate Architect with 10 years of experience in designing and managing mid to large size projects; must be able to work independently and have a good understanding of building codes and technical knowledge for managing project from design through construction; must be registered in Maryland and Leed accredited. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
