Nelsen Partners’ Austin is currently seeking brilliant and dynamic Senior Design Architects / Design Architects with a successful track record across a variety of project types to create and execute high-quality design and technical support knowledge for our mixed-use, retail, office and high-density residential projects throughout the U.S and international markets. Bring the big ideas and collaborate in Architectural Design, Project Design Leadership, Technical Expertise and Mentoring to develop and support our talented studio.
Requirements, skills & qualifications:
- Registered Architect with 5-10 years of experience in quality commercial design (retail/office/hotel/mixed-use) and high-density residential, with excellent design and technical skills.
- Successful contributor in a high energy design team environment.
- Ability to generate sound and innovative concepts.v - Leed ap (preferred).
- Experience with master planning and mixed-use developments.
- Quality hand drawing, sketch and renderings.
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel, Word.
