The right candidates must be creative, focused, confident and motivated with a flair for design and with good technical skills. We are a creative and design led practice delivering predominantly high quality private residential projects across Somerset and Devon, therefore experience of working on high-end residential properties and historical buildings would be an advantage, and candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with in-depth experience of working within UK legislation.

We encourage training for all our staff and provide support to the staff who wish to progress with their architectural studies.

Project Architect (Part 3)

Role: Taking responsibility for leading and managing a number of projects from concept design stage, through development of design, technical design and tendering, and overseeing construction and completion - as defined by the Riba Plan of Work.

Experience: You must have at least 3-5 years post Part 3 experience, with the ability to run a small team. An interest in becoming involved in the practice management would be an advantage.

- Experience in all phases of design, from conceptual design to construction documents.
