Project Architect
26/02/2016Noelker and Hull is recruiting for a project architect to join the health care design team in Richmond, Virginia.
Experience:
- Eight to ten years of health care experience.
- Analysis of client priorities and needs.
- Concept development of architectural designs.
- Preparation of presentation and design drawings.
- Selection and knowledge of current and appropriate materials and products.
- Effective communication with clients, consultants and internal teams.
- Adherence to budget and client standards.
- Assistance in the marketing of the firm’s services.
- Must have excellent presentation development skills.
- Must develop creative and thorough design solutions.
Qualifications (mandatory):
- Licensed (Registered Architect) in the State of Virginia (Pennsylvania and West Virginia also preferred).
- B.A. or M.S. in architecture or related discipline from accredited university.
- AutoCAD / Revit.
- Microsoft Office.
Qualifications (preferred):
- SketchUp.
- Adobe CC.
Other relevant information:
- This position is an Exempt position.
- Travel may be required on occasion.
- This position is assigned to the Richmond office.
- This position reports directly to the principal of health care.
