Project Architect
25/04/2016Project Architect- we are a design-oriented twenty-six person firm seeking a project architect with a minimum of 3- 4 years of experience, for a series of institutional and commercial projects. This is a great growth opportunity for the right individual who is motivated, energetic, and can contribute meaningfully to a team environment.
Specifically, we are seeking someone with a strong design sensibility, demonstrable technical skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements include: minimum Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university, a minimum of 3- 4 yrs. of architectural experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. New York City experience, knowledge of 3-D graphics programs and BIM is a plus.

Junior Designer
25/04/2016DXA studio believes that buildings, when well conceived and expertly crafted, can be more than the sum of their materials, positively influencing the way we live our lives. They are capable of shaping the way we feel about ourselves and informing how we interact with others. At larger scales, buildings can change entire communities, bringing forth recognition and serving as catalysts for growth and vitality. DXA studio is looking for a Junior Designer (2-3 years experience).
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Strong design, presentation and communication skills Proficiency in Revit (required) AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Rhino, Sketchup.
- Experience in construction document preparation.
- Rendering experience in Maxwell preferred.
- Bachelors or Masters of Architecture.
You must be from or available to work in New York City immediately. Please include visa status in response, if applicable.
