Indigo Design Associates are a London based Architecture and Interior Design practice based in Fulham. We are looking for Part 1 and Part 2 Architects with experience in residential refurbishments.

Requirements:

- AutoCAD, Word and Excel proficient.
- Understanding of JCT contracts and Contract administration.
- In depth knowledge of construction details and ability to draft specifications for tender purposes.
- Must be eloquent in written and spoken English.
- Residential experience essential.
- Must have sense of humour!

PGAL is seeking a Project Architect or Designer with 4-10 years of experience. Must be able to manage and produce documents in a fast-paced environment on multi-phase design / construction projects. Our firm performs a wide range of project types for both private and public clients, and has a culture that is energetic, collaborative and open.

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture. Licensed architect in California preferred, or must be eligible for licensing in California. Experience in multi-phase design / construction projects; aviation project experience a plus. Knowledge of AutoCAD and strong proficiency in Revit is required. Experience with Photoshop, Sketch Up and Rhino a plus.
