Requirements:

- Professional Degree in Architecture.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Capable of developing creative schematic concept designs independently.
- Strong understanding of creating construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of NYC building and ADA codes.
- Knowledge of NYC design resources a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe suite, Sketchup.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and coordinate creative Interior and exterior schematic design solutions.
- Space planning and floor plan layouts.
- Select colors, materials and finishes to appropriately convey the design concept.

We are looking for a junior architect with strong interest in how to construct spaces and motivated to learn and understand the process to do so. Candidates must be well rounded with the commitment for long term growth with an evolving firm engaged in architecture and real estate development. Qualifications:

- Degree in architecture from an accredited college.
- 1-4 years of experience after graduation.
- High proficiency in ACAD and Sketchup.
- Construction Document experience.
- Real estate development experience a plus.
- Live in Los Angeles.
