We are a Tribeca based Architectural firm that specializes in commercial, hospitality, education and residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to work with a design team to conceptualize and design projects and work with the design team to bring to fruition including client meetings CD’s, review shop drawings, help manage a team, and meet project deadlines.

- 5-10 years of experience completing design and construction documents for community / commercial / institutional architecture.
- 3+ years Revit experience.
- Familiarity with NYC building codes.
- Skills and experience in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and preparation of presentation materials.
- Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.

This is a full-time position and salary is negotiable based on experience. We offer benefits and a 401k match plan.
