Senior Architect

With our substantial but sustainable growth we are now seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Architect. The role requires the ability to design and deliver projects to significant clients both personal and corporate, in the UK and overseas.
Your role:
- Five years post qualification UK experience.
- Ability to delegate and manage personne.
- Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills.
- Pro-active attitude with a continuing desire to learn.
- High level of contract administration experience.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Standards.
- Construction experience and good detailing skills.
- Working independently and meeting challenging deadlines.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and a CAD drawing packages.
