Project Architect

Job summary:
We are currently looking for a Project Architect minimum 4 years experience to support our National Retail Branding programs. The selected individual will be responsible for working closely with Project Managers, Project Architects and Clients to ensure prototypical design standards are translated properly into the built environment. This includes, but not limited to, site specific translation of prototypical design standards, development of retail environment, preparation of as-builts, construction documents, construction administration, design intent documents and graphical presentations. Must have strong knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software applications and must have extensive experience with construction documentation and national retail roll out programs. Experience with Commercial projects is required, experience in Automotove Retail programs is beneficial.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photshop, AutoCAD 2012.
- Strong knowledge of Architectural / interior design concepts, practices, construction documents and procedures.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in CAD drafting using AutoCAD software.
- Provide AutoCAD techinican drafting on projects which include completing Construction Drawing Packages: floor plans, furniture plans, finish plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, interior details, millwork details, ceiling details etc.

Our client’s portfolio includes prestigious developments across Hong Kong and the APAC region, primarily with five-star hotels, upscale restaurants, and distinguished corporate workplaces. The ideal candidate should be focused and well-organized, with a go-to attitude. This is a fast moving role for the right candidate to work within a team of highly creative professionals.
